 Meet Hoa Hoang, Assistant to the Town Manager Mr. Hoang currently serves as the Assistant to the Town Manager and is serving as the Interim Community Development Department director for management and administrative matters. He oversees capital projects in the Town of Lake Park, assists the Town Manager in the management and administration of Town government, and serves as the Chief Information Technology Officer. Mr. Hoang holds a Bachelor of Design degree from the University of Florida, and has completed a signficant amount of work towards obtaining a law degree from the University of Saigon, Vietnam. Meet Bambi McKibbon-Turner, Executive Assistant to the Town Manager In addition to handling scheduling and other administrative matters for the Town Manager, Ms. McKibbon-Turner also helps to administer the Town's Community Improvement Beautification Fund, CRA Fund, and the annual Palm Beach County Development Regions Grant Program for Town applicants. As a Deputy Clerk by Resolution, Ms. McKibbon-Turner serves as the Clerk for the Town's Code Compliance Board and Special Master hearings. Prior to working with the Town of Lake Park, Ms. McKibbon-Turner worked as a consultant, and served for 16 years on the Washington, D.C. staff of U.S. Congressman Don Pease. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services and a Master of Science degree in Community Economic Development from New Hampshire College (now Southern New Hampshire University).
