    • Motion: Commissioner Longtin made a motion to approve the agenda.  The motion was seconded by Commissioner Otterson and all present voted aye.
  • Vice Mayor Balius explained that we was going to ask that the meeting be continued to another date based on information that was received on the 7th of May also because of illness, also because the Mayor is not present and he would like the Mayor present and he is not done with his concerns on the project. Vice Mayor Balius stated that he was not doing the review to show fault by anyone. He is trying to show that both the Town and the developer have not quite followed the code.  There is a large amount of information that needs to be reviewed.

Jason Nunemaker, Town Manager stated that staff would also like to request a continuance for the following reasons; everyone needs more time to review the information, more time to review the impact of the 3rd story egress issue, and issues on the codification of the ordinance.  He feels staff

would like more time to make sure that they have given the Commission everything that they have requested in a timely fashion with sufficient time to review it.  He will come back to the Commission on May 15 with a date of the new workshop.

Dodi Glas of Urban Design Studio, would like to request that the workshop not be during the week of May 19, 2002.
