The Town of Lake Park has four facilities available for rental.

GENERAL RENTAL FEES:

Kelsey Park Pavilion Rental

No more than 40 people
$200.00 for a 4-hour period
$200.00 refundable deposit
If alcohol, then a $100 fee for police presence
Chairs and tables are included

Kelsey Park Gazebo Rental (Wedding Chapel?)

$25.00 for a 4-hour period
Chairs must be rented from an outside vendor by the renter

Evergreen House Rental

No more than 65 people
$200.00 for a 6-hour period for 20 people or less
Over 20 people will be charged  $10.00 per person
$60.00 personnel fee
$100.00 cleaning fee
$250.00 refundable deposit
If alcohol, then a $100 fee for police presence
Chairs and tables must be rented from an outside vendor by the renter

Mirror Ballroom - Historic Town Hall

No more than 110 people
$300.00 for a 6-hour period
$60.00 personnel fee
$100.00 cleaning fee
$250.00 refundable deposit
If alcohol, then a $100 fee for police presence
Chairs and tables are included

RENTAL POLICY HANDBOOK
There are general rules that must be followed to rent any of the above facilities.  Please call 561-881-3338 to receive a rental policy handbook.  Most questions are answered in the book.
